Cesar Lozano
With a career in construction supervision, management, training, and inspection, I'm ready to work for you! I have managed custom commercial and residential projects, and my experience includes new home construction, restaurant build-outs, and ground-up commercial plaza projects. I'm a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Inspector, and an FHA Fee Inspector as well. My partner Ruben and I are ready to help you achieve your construction goals!
